There was a time in my business when I was doing it all: grinding day and night, saying yes to everything, and showing up with a smile while silently drowning in pressure. From the outside, things looked successful. But behind the scenes, I was surviving—barely.

Because I realized that the problem wasn’t my work ethic.

So I did the hard work. I rebuilt from the inside out. I created frameworks that gave me my time, my energy, and my life back—and then I started teaching those same systems to other small business owners who were stuck in the exact same storm I’d weathered.
I’ve spent the last 17 years living and working in the trenches of being a small business owner and helping entrepreneurs across 38+ industries break free from the cycle of burnout. I’m a certified coach, a Lean Six Sigma and PMP professional, but what makes me different is simple:
