To Our Subsidiaries and Affiliates:
We may disclose your personal information to our subsidiaries, affiliate entities, and associated companies—including but not limited to The Real Small Business Owners, LLC, The Organized Exec, Inc., LBarnes Consulting, Inc., and Opstra, Inc.—for the purpose of delivering services, communicating program updates, processing purchases, and fulfilling contractual obligations.
To Our Service Providers and Contractors:
We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers to assist with business operations. This includes payment processors, email service platforms, technical support teams, legal advisors, hosting providers, analytics vendors, and fulfillment centers. These third parties are prohibited from using your personal information for any purpose other than delivering the services we request, and they are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
In Business Transfers or Asset Sales:
We may provide your information to any successor in interest in the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, divestiture, dissolution, bankruptcy, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, business operations, or ownership. This includes any due diligence processes associated with such events.
For Legal and Regulatory Compliance:
We may disclose your information when legally compelled to do so. This includes situations where we are required by law, subpoena, court order, or regulatory request to provide information, or if we in good faith believe such disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights or to prevent fraud, crime, injury, or harm to ourselves or others.
To Enforce Our Terms of Service or Agreements:

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?
We are deeply committed to protecting your personal information and maintaining the highest standards of security in all aspects of our business. Whether you’re purchasing a service, engaging with our consulting programs, or participating in our online training experiences, your privacy and data security are a top priority. We use a combination of technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to secure your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These safeguards include:
Secure Transmission Protocols
We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect sensitive data during transmission. This includes personal details and financial information you submit through our website forms or checkout pages. SSL ensures that the data exchanged between your browser and our servers remains private and encrypted.
Trusted Payment Processors
All payment transactions are processed securely through industry-leading providers, including:
• Stripe
• Authorize.net
• GoHighLevel Payments (powered by Stripe or other authorized processors)
• SuiteDash’s secure client portals and billing tools
These third-party platforms adhere to PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements and use advanced encryption and fraud detection technologies. At no point do we directly store or have access to your full credit card numbers or sensitive financial data.
Secure Client Management Platforms
Our consulting client communications, projects, and digital course access are managed through secure platforms including GoHighLevel and SuiteDash. These systems offer encrypted portals, role-based access, and secure login protocols to keep your business data and personal information protected.
Only authorized team members who need access to deliver services or customer support are granted permission to view your data—and only within the scope of their responsibilities.
Continuous System Monitoring
Our systems and vendor platforms regularly undergo security audits, system updates, and malware scans to ensure any vulnerabilities are addressed promptly. We continuously monitor our website traffic and server activity for signs of suspicious behavior or breaches.
Email & Communication Caution
While we strive to maintain secure communication across all channels, please be aware that email is not considered a secure form of communication. For your protection, we discourage sending sensitive personal or financial information via email. When needed, we provide secure upload forms or password-protected portals to handle such data.
Risk Acknowledgment
Despite our best efforts and the high level of security maintained across all systems, no method of online data transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. By interacting with our website and platforms, you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk. We encourage you to:
• Use strong, unique passwords
• Avoid sharing login credentials
• Log out of secure systems after use, especially on shared devices
In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your information, we will take swift action to notify you and comply with any applicable data protection laws.
RIGHT TO DELETION
We respect your right to privacy and your right to control your personal data. You may request the deletion of your personal information at any time, and we will honor your request in accordance with applicable laws and this privacy policy.
Upon receiving a verifiable request from you (the data subject), we will:

- Maintain financial records for tax, accounting, or legal compliance, including transaction data processed through Stripe, Authorize.net, or other platforms;
- Detect, prevent, or investigate fraud or security incidents;
- Identify and resolve technical issues, such as platform errors or system bugs;
- Exercise freedom of expression or ensure another individual’s legal rights are not impacted;
- Comply with a legal obligation or government request;
- Perform public or peer-reviewed research, if deleting the data would seriously impair the integrity or results of such work (only applicable under certain lawful exemptions);
- Use the information internally in a lawful manner compatible with the original purpose for which it was collected, especially where ongoing services are active.
If none of the exceptions apply, your request for deletion will be fully processed, and all relevant records will be permanently erased. To request deletion of your data, please email us directly at ceo@lyndzibarnes.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request. We may require identity verification before completing the request to ensure the protection of your information.
Please note that if your request includes deleting access to a digital product, membership, or program, your license to use any associated materials or software will also be immediately revoked. This includes access to The OE Club, consulting services, digital courses, dashboards, or any platform under the Lyndzi Barnes Consulting or Opstra brands.
